Where can I buy your products?

We have a physical store in Parañaque. You can find our address in our Contact us page.

You may also have your orders delivered or shipped via a third party courier (with additional charge)

Do you offer cash-on-delivery payments?

We strictly follow the payment first before shipping policy. We do not offer COD payments at the moment. 

Do you ship outside the Philippines? 

We currently ship anywhere within the Philippines only.   

How long does delivery take? 

For Verified Paypal (Credit Card) Payments:

Delivery takes 1-2 business days for Metro Manila addresses while it takes 2-4 business days outside Metro Manila or provinces. You will get an automated notification with the tracking details via e-mail.

For Offline Payments: 

Once proof of payment is sent to our e-mail, we will forward your package to the courier on the next business day. 

Delivery takes 1-2 business days for Metro Manila addresses while it takes 2-4 business days outside Metro Manila or provinces. We will email or dm your waybill number after the package has been shipped. 

Do you offer discounts? 

Our retail prices are fixed but wholesale prices are available for bulk purchases 

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Consumers are entitled to either an exchange or refund, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods, except when:
    • If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, he/she cannot return or exchange the product.
    • If after buying a certain item, a customer changes his/her mind and wants to return said item, he/she cannot return or exchange the product.
  • Return or exchange item within 1 week period from date of purchase.
  • Please bring sales invoice as proof of purchase.
