Where can I buy your products?

We have a physical store in Parañaque. You can find our address in our Contact us page. You can also visit our Facebook page or our Shopee store to order for shipping.

Do you have delivery service?

We currently don't have a delivery service but we ship via third party couriers, with additional charge, like Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, Grabexpress, etc

How to order?

Visit our Facebook page and check the Pinned Post for the details on How to Order. You can message us on our Messenger for inquiries too!

Do you ship outside the Philippines? 

We currently ship anywhere within the Philippines only.   

How long does shipping take? 

Once proof of payment is sent to us, we will forward your package to the courier on the next business day.

Delivery takes 1-2 business days for Metro Manila addresses while it takes 2-4 business days outside Metro Manila or provinces. We will email or dm your waybill number after the package has been shipped. 

Some courier services offer Same Day deliveries.

Do you offer discounts? 

Our retail prices are fixed but wholesale prices are available for bulk purchases. Watch out for sale and promotions that we hold regularly.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Consumers are entitled to either an exchange or refund, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods, except when:
    • If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, he/she cannot return or exchange the product.
    • If after buying a certain item, a customer changes his/her mind and wants to return said item, he/she cannot return or exchange the product.
  • Return or exchange item within 1 week period from date of purchase.
  • Please bring sales invoice as proof of purchase.
