Advanced Fondant Fundamentals with Chef Emily Peralta

Chef Emily Pacursa Peralta of the Cake Artists and Bakers' Network Ph held a full house workshop on Advanced Fondant Fundamentals at the Love2bake Kitchen Studio last February 9, 2019.

Students were able to learn how to make commercial quality fondant, also called "EMF" (Emily's Modelling Fondant), Chef Emily's technique on how to cover with fondant, sharp edge ganache demo, make and assemble a fancy peony, brush embroidery and stenciling.
