Advanced Fondant Fundamentals with Chef Emily Peralta- Batch 2 (050219)

Chef Emily Pacursa Peralta of the Cake Artists and Bakers' Network Ph held the second batch of Advanced Fondant Fundamentals at the Love2bake Kitchen Studio last May 2, 2019.

Students were able to learn how to make commercial quality fondant, also called "EMF" (Emily's Modelling Fondant), Chef Emily's technique on how to cover with fondant, sharp edge ganache demo, make and assemble a fancy peony, brush embroidery and stenciling.
