Korean Buttercream Flower Bouquet Class by Caicakes 033019

In this specialty Korean Buttercream Flower Bouquet Cake Decorating Class held last March 30, 2019 by Teacher Cai, students learned how to pipe Rose, Lisianthus, Ranunculus, Closed Peony, Calla lily, Buds and Leave. They also learned how to make Caicakes' signature Korean and Swiss Buttercream, intensive coloring technique, arrange bouquet style cake and how to pipe rattan basketweave.

Cakes for this class were made using Puratos Tegral Satin Moist Red Velvet Premix.
