Korean Buttercream Flower Wreath Cake Class with Caicakes

Chef Cai Gutierrez-Ladion of Caicakes held the Korean Buttercream Flower Wreath Cake Decorating Workshop last February 2, 2019 at the Love2bake Kitchen Studio.

It was a full house class where students got to learn how to pipe an assortment of flowers, learn the secret in making Korean and swiss buttercream icing, intensive coloring technique, piping ruffles, and mastering wreath style arrangement.

Cakes for this class were made using Puratos Tegral Satin Moist Ube Cake Premix.
