Le Frank Demo on Cakesicles and Pralines using Colatta Chocolates and ChocoArt
Le Frank Ingredients, the Philippine distributor of Colatta Chocolates, Colatta ChocoArt and Bendico Premium Cocoa graced the Love2bake Kitchen Studio last March 13, 2019 with a demo on chocolate praline and cakesicles making.
Chef Simon Reyes taught the participants how to perfectly melt and color Colatta chocolates in an afternoon full of learning and sweets.
Bendico Moist Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
267 grams APF
587 grams white sugar
160 grams Bendico cocoa powder
3 grams salt
6 grams baking powder
6 grams baking soda
130 grams egg (2 pcs jumbo size)
300 grams water
30 grams vinegar
330 grams fresh milk
90 grams vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Bake 160 C until top springs back when lightly touched.
