Salted Caramel Cake Class with Chef Bam Piencenaves (062919)
Yet another rainy day made special by these ladies who attended the Salted Caramel Cake Workshop of Chef Bam Pienvenaves last June 29, 2019.
In this class, the students learned how to make Chef Bam's signature italian meringue buttercream and salted caramel frosting and bake the perfect fluffy, moist and pillowy soft chiffon cake. Participants also learned how to pipe buttercream roses and fillers, and do basic cake calligraphy. Chef Bam also showed how to make a to-die-for ube version of her salted caramel frosting.
